If Entrello Ticket & Service GmbH, Spengergasse 37, 1050 Vienna continues to be used as a processor, processing by this company is carried out for the purpose of providing and billing the ticket booking services.
As part of payment processing, the data required for the respective payment method is transmitted to the payment service provider involved. If Viveum Zahlungssysteme GmbH, Riemergasse 14/30, 1010 Vienna continues to be used as a payment service provider, the data is transmitted for the purpose of technical payment processing.
Depending on the payment method selected, the following data in particular may be processed:
- for credit card payments: name of the cardholder, card data and payment information,
- for PayPal or comparable services: name, e-mail address and/or account information of the payment service,
- for EPS transfers or comparable payment methods: bank details and transaction-related payment information.
The specific processing of payment data is also governed by the privacy policy of the respective payment service provider.

Due to statutory retention obligations, in particular under the Austrian Commercial Code and the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code, certain contract, booking, invoice and payment data may be stored for the legally prescribed periods.
Data from contact requests will be deleted once the enquiry has been fully processed and there are no statutory retention obligations or legitimate interests requiring further storage.
Newsletter data will generally be stored until consent is withdrawn or until you unsubscribe from the newsletter.
Server log data will be stored only for as long as is necessary to ensure the security and stability of the website, unless longer storage is required to investigate a security incident.

Visitors may be recognisable as part of the event. Where permissible, processing is carried out on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the documentation, promotion and public presentation of the event.
Where separate consent is required, it will be obtained in advance.
